VISIONS is a stereoscopic 3D video collage and insallation exploring image materiality and the anthropocentric aestheticisation of the English field. Documenting representation dating from the industrial revolution and early Romanticism to contemporary nature documentary television, VISIONS acts as an open text and tribute to an ideological understanding of ‘Nature’ in it’s last days.

Considered a dual work with In the Effigy of the Moocow, VISIONS employs the recreation of a fable as an ethically critical magic narrative; focusing specifically on the lamb-of-god and the domestic dog within histories of agricultural non-human representation.
