VISIONS, 2015 is a two screen installation in dialogue on the Anthropocentric aestheticisation of the English field. A historical painterly video collage of representation dating the industrial revolution and Immanuel Kant, early Romanticism and to debates in Post-Human and Post-Nature philosophy, VISIONS acts as an open text and tribute to an ideological understanding of Nature in it’s last days. A contemporary recreation of a fable as an ethically critical magic narrative, the Lamb of God and also the art object’s place within the Anthropocentric representation of an English field.
